Velnory

A checklist that gets better every time you run it.

Run a brew day, an oil change or a server rebuild step by step. Velnory records what actually happened, failures included, and links each new version to the run that taught you why.

Write the checklist once

Add the steps the way you'd say them out loud. For each one, decide what a failure means: note it and keep going, or stop until it's fixed. Ask for a reading where it matters, like the mash temperature.

Run it one step at a time

Only the next step is open, with clear Done, Skip and Failed buttons. Follow along at the bench, in the garage or at your desk, and see exactly how far along you are.

Write down what actually happened

Add a note, a photo or a reading to any step as you go. Every entry gets the time it happened, so the record is complete the moment you finish.

Failures stay in the record

Retrying a step never erases the failed attempt, so you can tell a lucky run from a reliable one. If a step has to pass, Velnory holds the rest of the run until it does.

Every version, and why it changed

When you improve the checklist, publish a new version and link the run that taught you why. Old versions stay exactly as they were, along with every run that used them.

See what changed since last time

Put any run next to the one before it to compare steps, readings and results. Export a run to PDF or CSV whenever you want a copy.

For anything you repeat and want to get right

  • Brew days
  • Oil changes and car care
  • Home maintenance
  • 3D printer tuning
